- How does payment in installments work? By choosing Klarna at checkout, you can split the amount into 3 interest-free monthly installments. The first installment is charged immediately, the others in the following months.
- What happens if the supplier does not accept the booking? The system applies dynamic acceptance timers of up to 48 hours. If the supplier does not respond in time, the reservation is automatically canceled and the amount is refunded to the payment method used by the customer.

- When do I receive my compensation? Funds are credited to your Stripe Connect account 48 hours after the service ends, subject to verification of completion.
- How are complaints handled? If a customer reports a problem, the timer freezes. The case is analyzed by the admin in the dispute room for a fair resolution based on the evidence available in chat.
