Terms of Service
1. Object of the service
VIAREVEL operates as an intermediary digital platform that connects travelers with independent local professionals, such as photographers, chefs, guides and other operators. VIAREVEL does not directly provide the services published on the platform and does not act as an organiser, employer, agent or substitute for the supplier in the performance of the service.
2. Role of the platform and relationship between the parties
The relationship relating to the service purchased is between the customer and the supplier, who remains solely responsible for availability, identity, licenses, authorizations, regulatory compliance, correctness of the information published, quality of the service and fulfillment of the applicable fiscal and professional obligations.
VIAREVEL provides technological tools for publication, booking, payment management, operational support and dispute management according to the rules of the platform, without assuming absolute guarantees on the execution of the service or on the substantial reliability of the individual supplier.
3. Payment flow and transaction protection
When booking, VIAREVEL immediately captures the amount via Stripe Connect. Funds are held according to the operating rules of the platform and integrated payment providers.

4. Acceptance rules and dynamic timers
The supplier must confirm the booking within precise timers based on the event date. If the timer expires without acceptance, the system automatically performs a 100% chargeback to the customer's payment method.
- 48 hours: For services over 72 hours.
- 12 hours: For services between 24 and 72 hours.
- 2 hours: For last-minute services within 24 hours.
5. Release of funds
Direct logistics contacts are only released once payment has been made and accepted.
- Conditional liquidation: Funds are cleared to the provider only 48 hours after completing the service or uploading the cloud link for photographers.
- Dispute: If the customer opens a formal dispute, the timer is frozen pending resolution.
6. Controls, documents and limits of checks
VIAREVEL may request documents, tax information, identification, portfolio, licenses, or other information from vendors for onboarding, catalog moderation, or abuse prevention. These checks are preliminary and operational in nature and do not constitute certification, notarial authentication, forensic verification, guarantee of authenticity or definitive confirmation of the lawfulness of the supplier's activity.
The customer acknowledges that documents, authorizations, declarations and information provided by the supplier may be inaccurate, incomplete, expired, revoked or fraudulent without this being immediately detectable by the platform. In such cases VIAREVEL can suspend or ban the profile, block funds and collaborate with the competent parties, but does not assume automatic responsibility for the illicit behavior of the supplier.
7. Fraud, misconduct and platform measures
In the event of suspicions of fraud, bypass, false documentation, misuse of payments, non-execution, misleading content or other conduct inconsistent with the platform's rules, VIAREVEL may take immediate measures, including account suspension, catalog removal, settlement freeze, cancellation of future reservations, permanent ban and dispute management according to available evidence.
8. Disputes, Refunds and Limitations of Remedies
VIAREVEL can intervene as an operational facilitator and mediator in disputes opened via the platform, but does not replace the supplier's responsibilities and guarantees the automatic acceptance of any dispute.
Any refunds or cancellations are evaluated according to the platform policies, the booking status, the evidence collected and the technical and contractual limits imposed by the payment provider. Except for the mandatory rights provided for by applicable law, any economic remedy recognizable through VIAREVEL cannot exceed the amount of the transaction actually collected for the disputed booking.
9. Limitation of liability of the platform
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VIAREVEL is not liable for facts, omissions, declarations, delays, breaches, illicit acts, fraud, false documents, lack of licenses, abusive conduct or damages caused by the supplier or by third parties outside of direct control of the platform.
VIAREVEL is also not liable for indirect damages, loss of opportunity, loss of profit, reputational damage, travel costs, accommodation, rescheduling or other consequential expenses, except in the case of willful misconduct or gross negligence of the platform or other non-derogable limits established by law.
