Terms for Partner Vendors

1. Onboarding and platform fees

Registration for professionals is free. VIAREVEL retains a fixed commission of 15% on the gross value of each successful booking. 85% of the compensation is settled directly into the supplier's Stripe Connect account.

2. Supplier Declarations and Data Authenticity

The supplier declares and guarantees under its sole responsibility that all information, documents, licenses, images, certifications, tax data, contact details and contents uploaded or communicated to VIAREVEL are truthful, lawful, updated, authentic and not misleading.

The supplier assumes all civil, administrative, fiscal and criminal liability deriving from false documents, expired documents, inaccurate declarations, unauthorized activities, regulatory violations or improper use of the platform.

3. Nature of the relationship and responsibility for the service

The supplier operates as an independent professional. The contract relating to the purchased service is between the supplier and the customer. VIAREVEL remains unrelated to the material execution of the service and does not replace the supplier in his obligations towards the customer.

The supplier is solely responsible for identity, authorizations, permits, licenses, insurance coverage, tax compliance, operational security, correct execution of the service, promised quality, published content and management of customer relationships within the limits permitted by the platform.

4. Price parity and anti-bypass clause

The supplier undertakes to display on VIAREVEL prices no higher than those offered privately or on other channels. Bypassing the platform for subsequent transactions or extensions of cash hours is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate ban.

5. Dispute management, settlements and admin authority

In the event of a dispute by the customer, the funds release timer is frozen. The administrator of VIAREVEL can mediate in the dispute room and decide, based on the available evidence, whether to release the funds to the supplier or execute a forced cancellation to the customer.

6. False documents, fraud and sanctions

If VIAREVEL detects or suspects inauthentic documents, identity theft, misleading content, fraud, abusive activities, manipulated reviews, unfair behavior towards customers or violations of anti-bypass rules, it can immediately suspend the account, remove the profile from the catalog, block liquidations, cancel future reservations and proceed with a permanent ban.

These measures may also be adopted as a precaution before the final assessment, when necessary to protect customers, platform, payment partners or other users.

7. Indemnity in favor of VIAREVEL

The supplier undertakes to indemnify and hold harmless VIAREVEL, its administrators, collaborators and technological partners from any request, damage, cost, fine, loss, dispute or legal expense deriving from false documents, inaccurate information, illicit activities, regulatory violations, breach of contract towards the customer or improper use of the platform attributable to the supplier.

8. Platform controls and verification limits

The supplier recognizes that any documentary or operational checks carried out by VIAREVEL have preliminary and catalog moderation purposes and do not transfer responsibility for the content, validity or authenticity of the documents uploaded to the platform.
