Secure payments and clear operating rules

VIAREVEL adopts payment tools, anti-fraud rules and dispute management procedures to reduce the operational risks of booking on the platform.

The Stripe Connect and Klarna shield

• Fraud protection: All payments are encrypted and processed via Stripe Connect secure protocols. Travelers can pay the amount in installments with Klarna with complete peace of mind.
• Guarantee of funds: At the time of booking we perform immediate capture. The money does not go to the supplier immediately, but remains held according to the operating rules of the platform and integrated payment providers.
• Conditional liquidation: The supplier receives his compensation only 48 hours after completing the service or uploading the protected cloud files, protecting the traveler in the event of non-provision.

Preliminary checks, not absolute certification

VIAREVEL can request documents and information from suppliers during the onboarding phase, but these checks do not constitute a definitive certification of the identity, genuineness of the documents or the absence of fraudulent behavior. If anomalies emerge, the platform can suspend the profile, block funds and initiate an internal review.
